Why become a member? 

We are currently building this association from the ground up. To do so, we need members like you! This includes individuals willing to serve as board members until an official application and vote can be performed. The first focus of this association will be the education and visibility of LGBTQ+ healthcare providers. As we continue to grow, additional opportunities will be brought to the group for voting and implementation.

• Professional Growth: Gain access to workshops, seminars, and educational resources tailored to LGBTQ+ healthcare issues, ensuring your continuous professional development.

• Advocacy and Awareness: Participate in initiatives that promote LGBTQ+ health equity and awareness, both within the nursing community and in society at large.

• Supportive Community: Join a welcoming environment where you can freely discuss challenges, share successes, and build lasting friendships with colleagues who understand your unique perspective.

• Exclusive Events: Enjoy member-exclusive events such as guest speaker sessions, panel discussions, and social gatherings.
